When is reception open?

Our friendly reception team is available Monday to Friday from 7am–10pm, and Saturday to Sunday from 8am–9pm.

If you need assistance outside these hours, just call (02) 6964 5666 — your call will be diverted to management.

Please note that on public holidays, office and housekeeping hours are reduced.

Yes! Booking directly with us guarantees you the best available rate. No hidden fees or surprises.

You can cancel up to 24 hours before your stay without any charge. For larger bus groups, we ask for 7 days’ notice.

Usually, deposits are only required for larger group bookings. For regular stays, you can pay when you arrive or depart.

We love pets, but to keep things comfortable for all guests, we don’t allow pets on the property, though service animals are welcome.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside rooms, but we have designated outdoor areas where you’re welcome to smoke.

Yes, we have two guest laundries located at the rear of the Stables block. Each laundry is equipped with washing machines, dryers, and a clothesline.

Machines take two $1 coins per load, and washing powder is available from reception.

We offer regular housekeeping to keep your room fresh and comfortable. While most stays include daily service, some weekends and public holidays may have reduced housekeeping.
