In the event of a party taking place a first and final warning will be issued by the Duty Manager or security. Should there be a second complaint instant eviction of all guests and any visitors will take place. In the event of an eviction you will be charged at the full room rate, along with any damages, minibar costs or cleaning surcharges.
The Kidman Wayside Inn reserves the right to evict a guest and or visitors.

The Total number of Persons permitted per room is defined by the total number of resident guests stated on your registration form.
